Staging to Sell
From $250 per hour (2 hour minimum) (Price may increase based on larger homes/properties and the need for more time, or if longer travel is required to get to your location)
Unifying the look of your home - Embracing the Feng Shui and Interior design modalities, we will consult with you from start to finish and create a space that is cohesive and allows for positive energy to flow in every direction.
An Architectural Floor Plan Feng Shui Analysis can provide any Architect, homeowner, renter or business owner recommendations to create a more supportive space to whom ever will live or work there. Starting anyone out in a more supportive space will provide a more balance and harmonious environment. This consultation can easily be done remote and save you from making a costly mistake for any future owners.
Staging Short Term Rentals & New Build Models
From $250 per plan (Price may increase based on larger residential / business properties plans
In person - Schedule time to meet up and review plan(s) and discuss any other future ideas
Remote - The client will email the plan of the space for Maureen to evaluate
Following my assessment of the plan, I will write up my recommendations that would provide a better energy flow and support
Once I complete the assessment, I will schedule time with the client to review any suggested updates to the plan as well as email out my findings
Consultation
Every consultation will be custom tailored to your individual needs and desires. Once the consultation is scheduled, you will receive a questionnaire to complete that will help me assess specific life circumstances and identify the best remedy for the situation or issue. If additional information is required prior to the consultation, we will touch base with you to collect that information.
Prior to the consultation, we will be spending time (approx. 1 hour) mapping out the bagua for your space and identifying the different remedies to have ready for the consultation.
On the day of your consultation, we will first sit down and briefly talk about any additional information that changed or was not provided based on earlier information or conversations. The consultation will be scheduled for 1 hour.
At the start of the consultation, we begin by setting an intention. Followed by a a walk through of the rooms of the space to address the issues or goals specified by the completed questionnaire. We highly advise the client takes notes during the consultation. (due to amount of new information coming your way, you will want to remember it later on when you are facilitating changes we discuss. You will learn and remember best if you take the notes yourself.
During the walk through, movement of furniture and decor items could be re-arranged to create the optimal Feng Shui environment. (assistance with furniture moving is required)
We’ll ask your permission to take before and after photos to keep for future reference should you have any follow-up questions.
To end the consultation, we will go over the recommendations, help you prioritize the areas you wish to work on and leave you with a list of recommendations.
Follow Up
You will be emailed a digital custom Bagua Map of consultation area(s) and written report of my recommendations.
Post follow-up phone call: We will schedule a follow up call for 3 weeks after initial consultation to cover any questions about my recommendations. Feel free to email prior to call if you have questions as you are implementing recommendations.

Additions: Interior Design & Furniture recommendations / $100 per hour in addition to consultation fee
