Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art based on the principle that balancing and harmonizing one's vital energy can support physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Reiki can be a hands-on or distant experience that involves channeling universal life energy to promote nervous system regulation, pain management, peace throughout mind/body/spirit, clarity, trauma release, improvement of overall well-being, and so much more. 

These sessions are Divinely Guided, Channeled, Sacred and curated to the energetic needs of the client.

REIKI SERVICES OFFERED

  • A 60 minute healing experience tailored to the needs of the client instilling a foundation of safety, peace & regulation. An email will be sent post-session providing channeled messages that came through and information that the client can refer to for reflection & growth.

  • A 60 minute session focused on energetically nourishing and supporting mothers pre & post natal. These sessions are designed for mother and baby to receive together to develop secure attachment rooted in nervous system regulation and rewiring the body & mind for safety and connection.

SESSION PACKAGE OPTIONS:

For the best results, especially in the beginning, we recommend choosing one of the package options based on the level of consistency and depth you’d like to receive. Each package is valid for one year from the date of your first session. However, if you're unsure whether we're the right fit and would prefer to take it one step at a time, there’s no pressure. The most important thing is finding someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, so you can share openly and feel fully supported. 

  • 1 session: $175

  • 3 session package (save $90): $435

  • 6 session package (save $175): $875

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Every session is different and curated to the clients individual needs with an emphasis on guiding the body out of survival and into safety by resetting and healing the nervous system, clearing and grounding the body.

  • This synergy session can include: gentle touch, bodywork, somatic release, breath work, sound therapy and hovering hands over areas of the body in need of deep healing or alignment 

  • BIO MAT - Adult clients will receive their healing session on a Bio Mat which will safely reduce stress levels, increase alertness, improve memory skills, remove toxins from the body, and allow for inner peace. The combination of far infrared light, negative ions and amethyst quartz open the channels for intelligent cellular communication, leading to DNA repair and total body wellness.
