What Is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that channels universal life force energy to support the body’s natural ability to heal—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Rooted in the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy), Reiki is a non-invasive practice that works by directing healing energy through the practitioner’s hands into the recipient’s body, clearing blockages, rebalancing the energy system, and restoring harmony.

This healing energy is not something the practitioner generates, but rather channels—making Reiki both deeply intuitive and accessible to anyone called to work with it.

The program has been curated to ensure each individual understands their own modalities that will continue to unlock their own healing journey as they pass on their medicine to each client.
Each course will provide a training to unlock your inner Reiki power and build on top of the core Rieki modalities.
You will walk away with more knowledge of self so you are able to be the vessel for deep healing that is needed as we work as a collective to bring love and spirituality to anyone ready or already on their journey to their authentic self.

With this Certification Program, each student will receive Level 1 & 2 Reiki Attunements, they will also gain access and experience to knowledge and wisdom divinely curated to provide the self and clients with a completely new healing experience.

Below are topics and modalities included in this one of a kind Certification Program:

Hydration & Deep Breathing- The importance of being hydrated is crucial. As our bodies are around 60% water, when we are dehydrated our organs don’t function properly and our chi is not flowing which means we are not clear and in our power. Everything is connected. Students will learn breathing and hydration techniques to restore balance in the body, process suppressed emotions/unhealed wounds and activate our chakras in powerful ways.

Nervous System Regulation- Learn the importance of the nervous system, how being regulated enhances your power, how the nervous system creates our behaviors and healing cannot take place if the body is not regulated. Learn and practice regulation exercises that work quickly for yourself. Techniques for regulating the nervous system during reiki sessions for the self/family/clients will be taught and practiced. “I am safe”

Grounding- The importance of grounding throughout your day every day- how being ungrounded can show up for you so you know when to take a pause and ground in your body. Finding your grounding practice

Clearing-. What happens if you’re regulated and grounded but still feel off? Always clear yourself and your space. Learn the importance of clearing and protecting your energy, clearing protocols for different situations and clients. Learn how to clear your energy, your home, your clients, and everything in between.

Our Belief System- Where do our beliefs come from? When we lack safety in our body, we compensate and compromise our energy and system to feel safe and keep ourselves safe. Healing the parts of you that do not feel safe so your ego can detect a real threat and you can begin to get yourself out of survival. Somatic Exercises and Techniques for stored trauma to be released from the body as you collapse your old belief systems.

Reiki Level One- Healing Hands- Learning the hand positions, how to begin and end a reiki session...and what to do in between. How to read yourself- body scan, activate reiki energy in your hands and how each session will be different from the last so never compare.

Getting connected to your intuition- When you are grounded, regulated and clear- your body is in full safety mode. You will feel your power and your peace- This is NEUTRALITY AND WHERE THE MAGIC BEGINS. Each student will be introduced to a few different ways to muscle test, developing a deep trust in our body’s’ divine intelligence.

Inner Child Healing with Reiki (Healing Childhood Trauma)- Invite your inner child into your sessions and see what he/she shows you. Where does she/he take you on your journey of healing? Heart opening exercises that pave the way for conscious re-parenting that will lead to conscious living.
