Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art based on the principle that balancing and harmonizing one's vital energy can support physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Reiki can be a hands-on or distant experience that involves channeling universal life energy to promote nervous system regulation, pain management, peace throughout mind/body/spirit, clarity, trauma release, improvement of overall well-being, and so much more.

These sessions are Divinely Guided, Channeled, and Sacred. Although each session is curated to the energetic needs of the client, here is what you can expect during an in-person reiki session with Kiersten:

- A safe and energetically clear space

- Sound healing

- Aura clearing using sage

- Crystals to enhance energetic experience

- Gentle touch, bodywork, shamanic movement and hovering of hands over areas of the body in need of deep healing or alignment

- Removal of attachments, energy that is not yours, energy no longer serving you, dark technologies, blockages, and anything causing energetic hijackings of the body, mind, soul

- Chakra assessment of blockages followed by clearing, activating and grounding

- Channeled messages and spiritual guidance from your angels, spirit guides, past lives, inner child, and loved ones may come through and will be shared at the end of our session

Reiki can be received so well and has beautiful healing benefits for infants, toddlers, teens and pregnant moms. Reiki works best when received on a regular basis as it allows for deeper healing and connection with each session.

All sessions will be received on a Bio Mat which will provide additional healing, grounding and energetic activation during session. Bio Mats are imbedded with crystals and emit Far Infrared Rays which dramatically reduce inflammation and symptoms caused by inflammation throughout the body.
